Chinese fool me the next time.


I had agreed with a seller that I send the item back because I could not use it for the purpose it was advertised for and I would get the money back,I had already opened a dispute about the problem.
I sent the item back gave the seller the tracking number and reported the dispute center about what I did. 
Today I was told by the dispute center that the dispute has been closed and the money released to the seller
I did not provide evidence for what I stated. So the statement was that I would have got the item and the tracking number of the seller was shown in their statement. My statement that I have sent the item back and the seller has the tracking number was ignored. The case is closed I cannot even answer to the complaint center. I did not provide evidence that I have sent the item back to the complaint center and the seller probably lied about it. But the complaint center just closed the case and did not give me the chance to provide evidence for my claims. So the complaint center is in doubt for the Chinese seller and supports to cheat customers.

One order from China did not arrive. I opened an dispute to protest against this. Now aliexpress finished my order and I did not get anything. The money I have paid in advance  for the device and which was withhold by aliexpress until the end of the dispute gets the seller I was not told about any discussion or progress about  the item  lost in transit. In other words aliexpress acts authoritarian and as a thief.

Any changes in this case I will report.
