I bought 2 mobile phones in China from the site www.aliexpress.com where many Chinese seller offer their products. I had one positive experience before with the seller. They arrived, I also one day after this at my flat. I checked the basis functions and they worked. I was pleased with a present which was an external charger for the batteries of the phones and two additional batteries.
But I had some hassles after a few days with one device. It did not read storage cards and later I discovered problems with one of the batteries.
On aliexpress when you make a sale you pay the money to a ESCROW service which keeps the money and tells the seller to send the products. When these arrive you have some days to check these and to complain if they are not right and the seller does not get his money until the complaint is decided which aliexpress then will do if it does not work otherwise.

In this case the forth day I discovered the problem with the storage cards. The fifth day I wanted to launch the complaint but it was already too late. The order was complete, the seller got his money. As he offers no warranty I have paid for a new product and get a faulty one and can't do much about it as the seller does not respond anymore. As I see this as disappointing I publish his website, but altogether it is not too bad as I had a present from him but I would have much preferred to have a working device instead of getting some extras.
